Wild Women’s Circle 

The morning will offer a safe and nurturing space for women to come together.  A place without judgment to show up as your authentic self and explore a transformational morning, where you will leave you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, deeply grounded and inspired.

In the circle we will practice embodied self care rituals including breathwork, meditation, self reflection, fire ceremony, womb wisdom, journaling, embodied movement and deep relaxation.

Tea, cake, water and all equipment is included.

This is suitable for ALL women to attend.

It’s a deeply nourishing practice for pregnancy & postpartum (babies under crawling welcome)

Any age and experience is welcome.

There is something so powerful when women come together to support each other on their journey. We connect, we awaken, we heal. We are nurtured, we feel comforted and understood. Moreover, when you share sacred space together you magnify the power of your intentions and you energetically create a web of support for not only your circle of women friends but with women everywhere.

LOCATION: A beautiful barn conversion in the Cheshire countryside.
